Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return: • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
• It must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is: • Defective
• Damaged during transit
• Incorrect or not as described
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@vertoedget.com, including clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: • Opened or used items
• Hygiene-sensitive pet products once unsealed
• Perishable goods (including pet food once opened)
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product following our return process. Once approved, you may place a new order separately.
UK & EU Consumer Right (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify: • The item must be unused and unopened
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
This right does not apply to hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected: • We will notify you by email of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
